A space designed to perfectly balance the different moments of your day:

• The relaxation area: a large, comfortable sofa with two armchairs, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach, chatting, or enjoying an evening watching TV or reading a book.

• The dining area: a large table perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The entire living room enjoys beautiful natural light and connects directly to the outdoors, offering all the convenience and comfort you need to feel right at home.

Small in size but highly functional, designed to make you feel pampered and completely independent from your very first to your last day.

At your disposal, you will find:

• Large appliances: a gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, and a fan-assisted oven.

• Small daily comforts: a microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, Italian moka pot, kettle, toaster, and a milk frother.

Casa SaRaSà welcomes its guests into three beautifully detailed bedrooms designed for maximum relaxation, each distinguished by its own unique color personality:

• The Teal Room: the most spacious in the house, equipped with air conditioning.

• The Burgundy and Sage Green Rooms: two slightly more intimate but equally cozy spaces. These rooms are equipped with fans, ideal for adjusting the airflow according to your preferences.

Three rooms, one standard of comfort. Beyond the color shades and dimensions, every room is designed to offer you the exact same care and quality of sleep:

• In all bedrooms, the beds feature two single mattresses joined together by a soft double topper—the ideal solution to ensure superior comfort during your sleep.

• Each room is also equipped with a two-door wardrobe, drawers, blackout curtains, a nightlight, and a reading light.

For your maximum comfort, you will have two bathrooms at your disposal:

• The first one, the Green Bathroom, is located along the main hallway and is equipped with a shower.

• The second one, the Yellow Bathroom, complete with a bathtub/shower combo, is located in the anteroom of the Burgundy Room. This layout is ideal: it offers convenient access to all guests in the house but, when needed, guarantees exclusive privacy. In any case, the presence of an independent second bathroom ensures there is always a free and accessible facility available for everyone.
